ZQ-100A MANUAL/AUTOMATIC METALLOGRAPHIC SPECIMEN CUTTING MACHINE This machine consists of machine body, electrical control box, cutting chamber, motor, cooling system and cutting wheel, etc. It is equipped with quick clamper and the cooling system can cool down the sample during cutting process so as to avoid damage to the metallographic structure of specimen because of overheat. It is available to choose three different kinds of cutting modes according to different samples, it can also preset cutting speed and cutting travel, which improves the sample cutting quality a lot. This machine can be operated in manual or automatic cutting modes and equipped with safety protection function.
