LDQ-350A automatic metallographic cutting machine is a large vertical metallographic cutting machine designed and manufactured according to the principles of safety and environmental protection. It is suitable for cutting samples of various metallic and non-metallic materials to observe the metallographic and petrographic structures of materials. This machine is composed of cutting system, cooling system, lighting system, cleaning system, etc. The upper part of the equipment is completely covered by a protective cover that can be opened and closed. In front of the protective cover is a large observation window. With the high brightness lighting system, the operator can master the cutting process at any time. The cast iron worktable with groove and clamp can be competent for cutting various special-shaped workpieces.
The super cooling system will not burn the workpiece during cutting. The cooling water tank is placed in the equipment base. The water tank is equipped with a magnetic separator to facilitate the collection of residues. Door type safety switch and explosion-proof shield ensure the safety of operators.
