Digital comparison microscope MIC-W8B is a newly product of light, mechanical and electrical integration in our company, which can makes macro and micro comparison on two or more objects through two eyepieces on images of both left and right objects to obtain the aim of validation, the main features are:

1. Zooming range wide, objective lens continuously variable from 0.9X to 5.9X, total magnification up to 118X;
2. Contains two sets of built-in digital imaging system, through electronic control to select:

Built-in digital camera system—— synchronized with manual observation.

Built-in digital color camera system—— synchronized with manual observation.

Built-in digital black and white camera system—— provide for infrared comparison use.

Infrared filter passing waves length: 7500, 8000, 8500, 9300, 9800 A° five fields, users operate through electronic control.

Optical analysis comparison images, directly transform optic signals into numerical signals, and input them in computer or AV/VAG/DAI display.

3. Adopting wide angle large view field observation system, can loosen users’ eye fatigue. Observation view field (diameter) magnifies 22%, brightness increase 50%.
4. Camera system can match with all kinds of digital cameras.
5. Simultaneously equipped with 12V50W air- blast strong light source and 24V150W optic fiber illumination, brightness high, cooling effect good, easy to use.
6. Left and right two objective stages can achieve left and right linkage scan at the same time.
7. With magnification correction mechanism, with rate correction plate, can make magnification of left and right system strictly identical.
8. Can achieve left and right single view field, cutting view field, overlapping view field observation.
9. Left and right working tables up and down moving realizing electric machinery transmission, operation easy and quick.
10. Left and right working stages quipped with coarse and fine moving coaxial transmission system, convenient for high magnification focusing use.
11. Configuring super large working table, expanding effective working range of the instrument, which sets a transmission illumination light source, working stage can rotate 360°, and can tilt towards any direction.
12. View field cutting ridges width and consistency are adjustable. Therefore, comparison microscope MIC-W8Bis an ideal tool for public security to make forensic check (on comparing bullets, cartridge shells, tool marks, fingerprints, seals, texts, coins, printings etc…), which is also widely used in electronics, biology, printing, coins making and other industrial quality controls.
