Inlay is a very important link in the preparation of metallographic samples, especially for some small samples that are not easy to handle, samples with irregular shape that need to protect the edges or samples that need to be polished automatically, the inlay of samples is an essential process. DZXQ-1 automatic multi head inlay machine is an advanced hydraulic water-cooled automatic sample inlay equipment. The inlay process is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer program. It realizes the one key operation of the inlay process, such as heating, pressurization, pressure maintaining, cooling, pressure relief, and so on. It does not need operators to be on duty. It automatically completes the sample inlay and has the sound and light alarm function.

The machine is equipped with 6 long die sets and intermediate spacer blocks, which can complete the inlay of 12 samples at the same time. Corresponding to the number of samples grinded by the automatic polishing machine on the market, one inlay can simultaneously meet the requirements of two automatic polishing equipment to quickly prepare metallographic samples. The machine adopts a high-power hydraulic power unit, with integrated design of heating and cooling devices, simple and efficient structure, and complete isolation and safety protection functions. With an automatic sliding cover opening system, multiple samples are ejected at one time, eliminating the tedious steps of operating multiple inlay machines to open the covers one by one. The operator only needs to place samples and add inlay materials, and the other operations are completed automatically, which greatly reduces labor, has high efficiency and good inlay quality, and is especially suitable for production-oriented enterprises to prepare large quantities of inlay samples.
