Vibratory polishing is a kind of technology to minimize the wear of samples. ZPG-300 adopts the spring plate and magnetic suction motor to produce vibration in the left and right directions, but the spring plate connecting the polishing disc and the vibratory body has an angle, which makes the sample move circularly on the polishing disc. Unlike traditional vibratory polishing machines, it can make horizontal vibration and maximum increase the contact time with the polishing cloth, which would not generate damage layer and deformation layer.
