Under the orthogonal state of linearly polarized light, through the DIC Beam splitting prism, make the polarized light divided to 0 line and E light. And this two lights will have tiny optical path difference after passing the tissue samples.Then the 0 and E light combine together after DIC composite prism, at the same time make interference at the rear focal plane of the objective which makes interference image. Users get clearer image after analyzer lens which looks like 3D image.
