LZXQ-5 mosaic machine

LZXQ-5 sample inlaying machine is used to inlay those samples with inappropriate shape or size to meet the subsequent sample preparation steps and obtain the required detection plane; Or to protect edges or prevent surface defects caused by the preparation process. In modern metallographic laboratory, the widely used semi-automatic or automatic grinding / polishing machine has specification requirements for sample size. In order to meet this requirement, the sample must be inlaid. Therefore, the inlay machine has become one of the important equipment in metallographic laboratory.

This machine is a fully automatic metallographic specimen inlaying machine, which has the function of inlet and outlet water cooling. It is applicable to the thermal inlay of all materials (thermosetting and thermoplastic). After setting the heating temperature, holding time, force and other inlay parameters, put in the specimen and inlay material, cover the gland, and press the work button. The inlay can be completed automatically without the operator being on duty next to the machine. According to the samples with different requirements, the molds with 4 specifications can be replaced at will, and two samples can be pressed at the same time. The preparation capacity has doubled.
