QGZ-90 Automatic Metallographic Sample Cutting Machine
This machine is a manual / automatic precision cutting machine. The whole machine adopts electromechanical separation structure, which is effective in protecting electrical safety and convenient in maintenance. The height of the spindle can be adjusted, Y axis and X axis can be both automatically and accurately controlled to achieve the continuous thin slice cutting of the sample. With automatic intelligent feeding, the speed can be automatically adjusted according to the hardness of the material to avoid blockage. This machine is suitable for the sample cutting of various shapes, sizes and materials, the surface of the sample after cutting is bright and flat without burns, thus it is the ideal equipment for sample cutting.

9.With double-sided quick clamp and T slot cutting table, it is easy to operate and easy to replace.
10.Three adjustable cooling water lines can prevent sample burns and there is the independent clean water gun for easy cleaning.
11.The mobile magnetic circulating cooling water tank has effective filtration and can prevent sample burns.
