ZPG-300 Vibratory Polishing Machine
Vibratory polishing is a kind of technology to minimize the wear of samples. It is suitable for preparing high quality polished surfaces on various materials, including the application of electron back scatter diffraction (EBSD). ZPG-300 adopts the spring plate and magnetic suction motor to produce vibration in the left and right directions, but the spring plate connecting the polishing disc and the vibratory body has an angle, which makes the sample move circularly on the polishing disc. Unlike traditional vibratory polishing machines, it can make horizontal vibration and maximum increase the contact time with the polishing cloth, which would not generate damage layer and deformation layer. It can effectively remove and avoid the characteristics of floating, embedded and plastic rheological defects. The shell of the machine is formed with ABS material which is novel and beautiful. The vibratory frequency can be adjusted automatically according to the working voltage, which is easy to operate. It can place multiple samples at one time, after setting parameters the user can leave and wait for the samples to finish the vibratory polishing automatically. With the final polishing suspension, it can effectively remove the final thin deformed layer on the surface of the sample and improve the light reflectivity of the sample surface to obtain the perfect metallographic observation image. It is the ideal choice for final physical polishing.
