BZQG-65 Automatic Metallographic Sample Cutting Machine
The machine is a combination of manual / PLC control and automatical control as one of the metallographic sample cutting machines, with very high reliability and control ability. Features: (i) manual and automatic free conversion, (ii) the touch screen displays a variety of cutting data, (iii) precise positioning, (iv) cut cutting, absolute cutting, incremental cutting-three functions cutting way, in order to make the cutting room easy to clean and ensure the spindle motor’s safety, we use mechanical and electrical separation. The cutting room security guard cover selected transparent plexiglass material. The cutting indoor room installed ventilation fan to increase the working room light and clarity. The design is more humane, using man-machine engineering principles. The device is equipped with a cooling water tank designed for the storage of coolant. Cutting sample of rock, ceramic, diamond grinding wheel must be used before cutting. BZQG-65 features: low noise, easy to operate, beautiful appearance, safe to use, and is one of the necessary equipment for laboratory sample preparation.

Magnetic stirrers are often used in chemistry and biology. They are preferred over gear-driven motorized
stirrers because they are quieter, more efficient, and have no moving external parts to break or wear out(other than the simple bar magnet itself). Because of its small size, a stirring bar is more easily cleaned and sterilized than other stirring devices. They do not require lubricants which could contaminate the reaction vessel and the product. They can be used inside hermetically closed vessels or systems, without the need for complicated rotary seals.
